Die Evonik Logistics Services GmbH ist der Spezialist für Logistik in der Chemiebranche. Ihre rund 800 Mitarbeiter betreuen die Chemie-Segmente von Evonik und externen Kunden an 13 Standorten in ganz Deutschland.

Evonik Logistics Services bietet logistische Dienstleistungen entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette ihrer Auftraggeber, angefangen beim Rohstoffeingang bis zum Versand des Produkts.

Verantwortlichkeiten

• Verkehrsübergreifende Transportdisposition unter Anwendung der internationalen Transport- und Gefahrgutvorschriften (Straße/ Eisenbahn GGVSEB/ ADR, See GGV-See, IMDG-Code, Luft)
• Auswahl von geeigneten Logistikdienstleistern
• Erstellung und Prüfung relevanter Zolldokumente gemäß Außenhandelsvorschriften
• Sendungsmonitoring und Kommunikation mit Transportdienstleistern
• Zusammenarbeit mit diversen Schnittstellen (Customer Service, Supply Chain und Produktion)
• Reklamationsbearbeitung im Zuge der Transportabwicklung

Anforderungen

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Logistik
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im stellenrelevanten Bereich
• Erfahrung in der Gefahrgutabwicklung wünschenswert
• Ausgeprägte MS-Office und SAP-Kenntnisse
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Starke Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeit sowie kundenorientiertes Denken und Handeln, gepaart mit einem hohen Maß an Flexibilität und einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise
