Your tasks

• You ensure qualitatively flawless and cost-optimized production by setting up safe and documented processes
• You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of production and optimization of processes through error analyses, corrective measures and complaint processing
• You create peripheral programs and are part of the process sampling
• In addition to instructing the workers and promoting their qualifications, you will also regularly take part in interdepartmental meetings to support the shift supervisor

Your qualification

• Process mechanic for plastic injection molding or comparable training in the technical field with further training as a master craftsman / technician
• Independence, organizational skills and high sense of responsibility
• Suitability for personnel management
• Communication skills and assertiveness, combined with the ability to work in a team
• Basics for development and implementation of 5-S tasks are advantageous
