Maintenance Planning Lead

SENIORITY LEVEL: Entry Level

FUNCTION: Operations

LOCATION: Tobaccoville, NC

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

Reports to: Lead Manager Maintenance

Number of Direct Reports: N/A

Core Relationships:

Internal

External – OEM

Geographic Scope: Local

Travel Required: N/A

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  1. Creating, editing, and maintaining maintenance plans in SAP
  2. Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities and maintain equipment records
  3. Managing spare part inventory and consumption to optimize inventory levels
  4. Master Date Governance (MDG)
  5. KPI Reporting (Cost Analysis)
  6. PO Creation
  7. One-on-one PA support for AIC/SAP

CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?

  1. Do you have prior experience with Manufacturing Controls Systems?
  2. Do you have knowledge & experience with SAP (CMMS)?

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  1. Analytical problem solving, decision making, and negotiating skills
  2. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently, be pro-active, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
  3. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  4. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, possess a high sense of urgency and strong work ethic.
  5. Proficient in MS Office
  6. High School Diploma or equivalent
  7. Associate degree in Technical or related field or relevant work experience.

BENEFICIAL

  1. Experience in an FDA regulated work environment.
  2. Knowledge/experience with Integrated Work Systems.
  3. Manufacturing Process Control Systems
