Materials & Processes Project Engineer [24115]

Job Description

As part of the team to support projects from Military Air Systems with Materials and Processes, you will have the following responsibilities:

1. Perform special processes surveillance audits locally on Airbus DS sites as well as for its supply chain;
2. Support transfer of work through certification of special processes in the Airbus DS supply chain;
3. Implement process changes driven by REACH through industrial qualification;
4. Secure conformity of manufacturing processes to M&P requirements;
5. Provide inputs to Airbus DS repositories in order to maintain the certification status of special processes;
6. Identify non-conformities and support resolution.

Qualifications

You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience:

1. Master’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science or equivalent university degree;
2. Min 3 years of Experience with materials science;
3. Committed candidate with interest in Aviation;
4. Good communication and analytical skills;
5. Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of German language is an advantage.
