Job Responsibilities
- Europe-wide quotation and invoicing for our rental systems.
- Clarification of logistics and freight costs for shipping.
- Maintenance of rental price, reservation, and accessory lists.
- Responsible for organising the processing of equipment from our branches.
- Responsible for the contract management of our external rental centres.
- Article maintenance in our ERP system Microsoft Navision.
Minimum Requirements
- Completed training in the commercial or technical field.
- Professional experience in the administrative support of a technical department.
- Knowledge of the above-mentioned tasks.
- Experience in an ERP system, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
- Fluent German and very good English skills required.
