rental support engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Europe-wide quotation and invoicing for our rental systems.
2. Clarification of logistics and freight costs for shipping.
3. Maintenance of rental price, reservation, and accessory lists.
4. Responsible for organising the processing of equipment from our branches.
5. Responsible for the contract management of our external rental centres.
6. Article maintenance in our ERP system Microsoft Navision.

Minimum Requirements

1. Completed training in the commercial or technical field.
2. Professional experience in the administrative support of a technical department.
3. Knowledge of the above-mentioned tasks.
4. Experience in an ERP system, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
5. Fluent German and very good English skills required.
