Your tasks:

• Act as a reliable expert for the destination and a competent contact person during guests‘ stays
• Answer all guest comments and inquiries (in-house, by email, by phone)
• Organize and plan supporting programs for special events
• Look after regular guests, VIPs, and Member Club Always (incl. treatments)

Your profile:

• Be a sensitive, forward-looking supervisor during guests‘ stays
• Be a host with all your heart
• Enjoy working in an international team, and be communicative and reliable
• Have an independent working style, organizational talent, and creative ideas
• Have an eye for detail and enjoy taking on varied challenges
• Possess good German & English skills
