We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter (f/m/x) to join our growing Recruitment team in Berlin, Schöneberg.

Your Responsibilities:

• You will work on actively identifying the most suitable candidates for our Engineering, Data, and Product Management Departments and inspire them to work for CarOnSale.
• You will take responsibility for your candidates and business stakeholders and help to optimize the interview processes and structures.
• You make recruiting measurable by working with a suitable KPI system and measuring it transparently.
• You will work with the team to develop best practices in the field of recruiting.

Your Profile:

• You have experience in technical recruiting in Germany (previous work in a German start-up would be a plus).
• You have experience identifying technical candidates on social networks, code repositories, people search engines, and using your available tools to contact and engage them.
• You have independently set up recruiting processes and love to drive your process forward.
• You have a growth mindset: growing, learning, and trying out new ways is what you enjoy doing.
• You have a very good knowledge of human nature and love contact with other people.
• You have a very good command of written and spoken English (at least C1 level) and ideally conversational German (a nice to have).
