To support our team onboard we are looking for an experienced and motivated:

Sous Chef seasonal contract

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Leading and supervising the galley team in all kitchen activities in cooperation with Executive Chef

• Ensure elegant food presentation and quality of food at all times

• Controls food consumption by monitoring production, waste and portion size

• Co-Responsible for ensuring compliance with sanitation standards of the HACCP

• Relieving Executive Chef during his absence

The ideal candidate for the Sous Chef role would have

• Culinary apprenticeship

• 5 years experience of which at least 3 years as Chef de Partie or 1 year as Sous Chef in 4 or 5* establishment

• Hands on approach to work

• Good knowledge of HACCP standards and procedures

• Good IT and communication skills

• Good command of English
