• Telephone support and advice for customers and partners
• Recording & maintenance of customer master data in our system

Your Skills
Talent & Competence

• Enjoyment of customer contact, communication skills & a high degree of empathy
• Customer orientation, a strong service mentality & reliability
• Very good written and spoken German
• Ideally, initial experience in the call center sector or motivated career changer (gn*)
• Interest & willingness to familiarize yourself with the field of home emergency calls
• Solution-oriented & conscientious way of working and thinking
• Experience in dealing with working on the PC
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 company
