Your role
We are looking for a skilled Quality Manager to lead quality initiatives and ensure compliance with food safety standards across our operations. In this role, you will manage key quality projects, support cross-departmental efforts, and work closely with partners to uphold regulatory standards. - Managing quality department projects, including the implementation of quality-related initiatives, and support cross-departmental and cross-location projects
- Ensuring organic compliance, maintaining standards in line with relevant regulations
- Facilitating the change control process across all markets, supporting internationalisation projects and ensuring proper execution
- Implementing and continuously improving HACCP and other quality systems across operations, including document management, creation of SOPs, forms, and guidelines
- Overseeing customer complaints, conducting thorough root cause analysis, investigations, and implementing corrective actions
- Ensuring supplier and manufacturer food safety facility compliance, working with external partners to meet regulatory standards
- Coordinating supplier audits and ensure quality compliance in line with food safety regulations
- Collaborating cross-functionally with our teams at our warehouse and production site, including traveling for onsite meetings
Your profile
- Degree in Food Science and Technology or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a food or food supplement production environment
- Proven experience in both internal and external audits
- Hands-on experience with food safety management systems, such as HACCP, GMP, EG-Öko, ISO 22000 & IFS
- Strong skills in conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective measures
- Experience in supplier and manufacturer compliance, including audits and quality checks
