- Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Ensure all outgoing payments are accurately documented and data is updated in the accounting system.
- Ensure all incoming invoices are well documented with purchase orders and proof of delivery verified by the Store Department.
- Maintain daily data entries of purchases into the accounting system.
- Arrange payment listings to suppliers and government sectors to ensure progress of payments is accurate and smooth.
- Prepare all documentation required for approval of payments such as general expenses, staff salaries, overhead expenses, etc. for superior.
- Coordinate with planner to prepare sales invoices and delivery orders accordingly.
- Provide customers a copy of the invoice and signed delivery order through email after receiving from the person in charge of delivery.
- Ensure all sales invoices are well documented with proof of delivery verified by valued customers.
- Maintain and monitor records of purchases to tally with monthly statements provided by suppliers.
- Maintain and monitor Fixed Assets listing and update accurate depreciation value into the software accounting system.
- Ensure fixed general expenses such as utilities, rental, subscription fees, etc. are recognized accurately and updated in the software accounting system.
- Perform payments, salaries, claims, etc. in the related banking system accurately.
- Work closely with the Human Resources Department to ensure staff salaries are paid promptly and accurately.
- Work with the Human Resources Department to ensure that staff monthly claims comply with company rules.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain monthly reconciliation for accruals and provisions.
- Liaise with auditors during the annual audit period.
- Undertake any other duties assigned by superior when required.
