Responsibilities:
- Taking detailed notes and liaising with the District Manager and other HQ departments.
- Reporting directly to the District Manager on all issues (Company operational targets, ensuring consistency of operation, product delivery, customer service, and approach) and taking prompt corrective action where necessary or suggesting alternative courses of action.
- Liaison between HQ and outlet level staff, ensuring that all communications are passed down in a timely manner.
- Managing daily operations by providing support and guidance to all PIC within the locations assigned.
- Coaching Outlet Supervisor in managing shifts, which includes daily decision making, scheduling, and planning while upholding standards, product quality, and cleanliness.
- Checking, following up, and ensuring team member attendance is recorded.
- Ensuring that there is sufficient manpower and headcount at their respective outlet to maintain a smooth flow of daily operations.
- Ensuring that all trainings are completed on time and following up on the staff progress at the location.
- Participating in meetings and supervising the outlet schedule and operations.
- Ensuring all outlets are compliant with operational standards and company policies.
- Investigating, reporting, coaching, and taking necessary actions towards misconduct issues that arise under their supervision.
- Meeting deadlines for preparing documents, reports, and updating records.
- Ensuring the highest levels of customer service and supporting employees to enable them to be accountable for delivering good customer service.
- Reviewing sales performance data of respective outlets and maximizing sales opportunities by identifying other business opportunities to ensure sales targets are met.
- Ensuring cash handling at ZUS locations is implemented according to company standards.
- Performing additional duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
Requirements:
- Must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in any discipline and a minimum of 5 years of retail experience at a managerial level.
- Computer literate with a good command of both written and spoken English and Malay.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, time management, data analysis, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Possess own transport and be willing to travel.
- Willingness to work overtime and on Public Holidays if required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 – RM4,000.00 per month
