Sales and Marketing Specialist Needed in Berlin!

Position Overview: You’ll provide expert advice to clients on social media marketing, evaluate ad performance, and manage communications with advertisers. Your goal will be to optimize marketing strategies and drive success.

Ideal Candidate:

• Fluent in Dutch with advanced English skills.
• Must have a valid work permit for Germany or EU citizenship.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or digital ads is a plus.
• Understanding of social media advertising is essential.

Training Program: Expect a rigorous four-week training program with two weeks of classroom instruction and two weeks of practical experience. The training is fully paid and includes Meta Blueprint Certification. Attendance is mandatory.

Key Duties:

• Offer digital marketing consultancy to clients.
• Analyze and report on social media ad performance.
• Conduct calls to assist with ad budgets and strategies.
• Apply marketing strategies to meet client KPIs.
• Monitor trends and provide campaign improvements.

Working Schedule:

• Full-time position: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• Working hours from 08:45 am to 05:15 pm, with breaks.
