Make it your story.This position reports toService Operations ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesYou are a service technician in the specialized department of Human System Interface, focusing on service requests and orders. You are responsible for the execution of service contracts, always keeping time, budget, as well as quality and safety guidelines in mind. Your Key responsibilities will be: • Collaboration in the execution of service contracts and maintenance of systems and installations in the field of critical infrastructure.

• Administration of Windows servers and clients, networks, backups, group policies, as well as serving as a competent point of contact for technical issues, both remotely and on-site for national and international customers. • Travel activity is about 50%, of which 70% is within Germany. • Coordinate and define work processes, execution, etc.

• Maintain and increase customer satisfaction by providing excellent service throughout all project phases. • Act independently with a strong sense of responsibility towards your colleagues and the business, in full alignment with our ABB values for safety and integrity.Qualifications for the roleSuccessfully completed vocational training or technician in the field of information/electrical engineering or a comparable field.Ideally, 2-3 years of professional experience in engineering.Highly familiar with Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.Knowledge in the areas of network technology/IT security/virtualization (VMWare)/Active Directory/WSUS/Acronis.
