For the Team in the kitchen, we are looking for an experienced Sushi chef preferably already in Germany EU passport or EU permanent residence holder!
Individual work time model – Working days: 4, 5, or 6 per week (discussed with the chef)
Days off: 1 or 2
Working hours: 169 to 182 per month depending on the Chef’s requirements and abilities
Restaurant working hours:
Monday – Saturday
5:30 p.m. – midnight
Sunday
4:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m
Requirements
- You are a trained chef and have further qualified as a sushi chef.
- You already have experience from the sushi post.
- You are experienced in dealing with high-end products and the sustainable processing
