Job Description

Are you passionate about building relationships and driving growth in the SaaS industry?

As an Account Manager for Existing Business , you will be at the forefront of nurturing and expanding our customer relationships, helping our clients succeed while contributing to our company’s revenue growth. This role is perfect for a motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is skilled in providing innovative solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer-Centric Solutions: Develop an in-depth understanding of our SaaS solutions to align them with customer goals, ensuring exceptional value delivery.
  2. Relationship Building: Act as a trusted advisor, fostering strong relationships with customers to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  3. Strategic Collaboration: Partner with internal teams on complex deals, ensuring a cohesive and collaborative approach to deliver optimal outcomes (#OneTeam).
  4. Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to expand our footprint within existing accounts, presenting tailored solutions that address evolving customer needs.
  5. Market Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends and customer challenges to proactively provide insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

  1. Demonstrated success as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role. Experience in SaaS sales is highly desirable.
  2. Self-motivated with a proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  3. Skilled at building rapport and maintaining strong relationships with mid-level and senior decision-makers.
  4. Thrives in a collaborative environment, working closely with colleagues to navigate and close complex deals.
  5. Fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Excels in both team-based and independent settings, driving results with minimal supervision.
