We’re a FoodTech scale-up with over £25million of funding, and we want to revolutionise food delivery through the creation and franchising of virtual food brands (brands designed for delivery), operated by anyone that runs a commercial kitchen – we think there’s about 70,000 of them in the UK. We’ve grown massively in a short period of time and have operations in the UK, Europe, USA and UAE. We offer kitchen operators everything they need to sell our brands through delivery Apps whilst continuing to service their core customers.

In short, we’re defining the future of the food delivery market! Nobody’s growing as fast as us in the UK, and we’re looking for great people to join us on our journey.

We are looking to grow our DACH market by adding an Account Manager to the team. You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key partner accounts. This role is central to the development and success of the partner ecosystem, ensuring partners align with stringent quality and delivery standards.

The Role
Strategic Account Management:

  • Develops and implements strategic account plans for key partners.
  • Drives revenue growth, partner satisfaction, and long-term success.
  • Acts as the primary contact between key partners and Peckwater Brands.

Partner Relationship Management:

  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with partners.
  • Provides exceptional support and guidance to partners.
  • Addresses complex challenges and provides innovative solutions to enhance partners‘ performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Facilitates regular and meaningful communication with all relevant departments.
  • Shares insights on partner performance and collaborates on improvement strategies.
  • Upselling partners on our stack model and supporting our sales team drive quality partner acquisitions.
  • Be the voice for our partners, delivering external feedback backed by data.

Territory Strategy & Execution:

  • Defines and communicates key objectives and results for the team.
  • Ensures alignment with overall growth objectives and the company’s strategic direction.

Growth Strategies:

  • Identifies and implements strategies to improve the performance of underperforming sites.
  • Seeks opportunities to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency.

About you

  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects.
  • Research & Analysis: Proficiency in conducting thorough research and drawing actionable insights.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competence in using relevant tools and a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Communication: Fluent in German and English, exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
