Job Responsibilities:
- Office management (correspondence, office organization, project management)
- Handling of tender processes up to the submission of offers
- Document creation and revision for the quality management system
- Support for the entire team in organizational matters
- Taking over the telephone service and acting as the central contact person (m/f/d) at the reception
- Reception and care of guests
Minimum Requirements:
- Completed commercial training or a similar qualification as well as professional experience
- Very good knowledge of the common MS Office programs, especially Excel and Word
- Proficiency in the German language, both spoken and written
- High motivation to face new challenges
- Flexibility and teamwork skills
- Confident and friendly demeanor
