Company: Dance Masterclass (@dance_masterclass) is an online streaming platform dedicated to the art of dance. Founded in 2021, we’ve built a community of dancers in over 100 countries. As part of our team, you’ll help provide the best learning experiences for dancers worldwide.
As a Graphic and Web Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the visual aspects of our website and app, as well as optimizing the user interface for seamless user experience.
Your Responsibilities:
- Designing visual imagery for the website and app in line with branding guidelines.
- Tweaking the layout of elements on web pages to improve user experience.
- Assisting in the visual and functional planning of new website features.
- Working together with the developers and marketing team for A/B Testing.
- Keeping updated with the latest design and web trends to incorporate into our projects.
- Proactively suggesting UX/UI design improvements of our website and app.
Requirements:
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts.
- Attention to visual details.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Understanding of web development technologies, including HTML and CSS.
- You are data-driven and comfortable using tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar to evaluate implemented design changes.
- Ability to work independently with high-level guidelines provided.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools.
