Siliconally is a 2019 founded #Startup, acting in the area of chip technology for wired reliable and functional safe connectivity. Our first solutions are automotive ethernet Phys according to the 100BASE-T1 and 1000BASE-T1 specification.
We are continuously searching for technical leads, senior engineers, young professionals and students to enlarge our team.
We are searching for the following scope:
- Digital design and verification
- Analog-Mixed-Signal design
- Digital Signal Processing and Simulation
- Functional safety engineering for ASICs, especially according to ISO26262
- System engineering for ASICs
- ASIC fabrication and validation
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
- More than 5 years of experience in analog and mixed-signal circuit design
- Knowledge of mixed-signal circuit architectures (e.g. ADCs, DACs, PLLs, LDOs)
- Hands on experience in design development tools (i.e. Cadence Virtuoso) and flows
- Experience in Verilog RTL description and behavioral modeling
- Good self-organizational and communication skills
- An agile and team oriented working style
- Good written and oral communication skills in English
It would be an advantage if you have experience with:
- Advanced CMOS technologies
- Experience in requirement traceability management and ISO26262
- V-Model product development lifecycle
- FinFET Technologies
Where Do You Can Support?
Job description
In your new role you will:
- Develop analog and mixed-signal circuits for safe communication technology products
- Derive requirements and define specification for AMS circuits
- Design and implement ICs in advanced CMOS technologies
- Develop behavioral circuit models for verification
- Perform pre-silicon verification of AMS circuits at block level
- Support integration and verification of AMS IPs at SoC top level
- Document design work and participate in reviews
- Support and execute post-silicon validation
