Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and support in social media marketing, offering guidance to enhance business performance.
- Analyze social media advertising metrics and make both inbound and outbound calls to advertisers regarding their ads and budgets.
- Identify trends and potential issues early on and propose ideas for impactful advertising campaigns.
- Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including call success (average call length: 24 minutes), successful implementation of marketing strategies, attendance, and pitch rate (number of successful campaign executions).
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch (C1 level).
- Strong proficiency in English (C1 level).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or marketing.
What We Offer:
- Base salary: 33,000 euros gross per year (2,750 euros gross per month).
- Performance bonus: Up to 7,500 euros annually.
- Language bonus: 300 euros per month.

- 4 weeks of fully paid training.
