Naturally, all products must be safe and reliable. But these days, it is more and more about sustainability, reusable materials and possible social malpractices. To help our thousands of customers take steps and responsibility in an understandable and accessible way, we are looking for a Product Compliance Officer specifically for Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) legislation.
What you will do
- You understand the ESG-related information needs of our customers and design new functionalities in our SaaS solution to anticipate on this.
- You identify and analyse the relevant trends in the non-food product sector and apply these insights.
- You translate complex legislation into appealing stories and examples to inspire and inform customers.
Your background
- You have a higher professional level of working and thinking, with at least three years of experience, preferably in a product compliance role.
- You have experience with retail sourcing and knowledge of how a product gets from factory to store and the world behind it.
- You have knowledge of the information that must be present in the supply chain to meet ESG obligations.
- You have an understanding and feel for the challenges our customers face.
- You have persuasive communication skills to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- You speak and write English fluently, preferably also Dutch.
