Who we are: You will be working closely with a team of successful serial entrepreneurs at the Rapid Pioneers Group. Over the past few years we have co-founded and invested in some of the most iconic consumer brands in Europe. The current portfolio of over 30 companies (Amorelie, enpal, everdrop, Yepoda to name a few) raised more than $5bn in follow-on capital and employs over 10.000 people and includes several unicorns.

The Opportunity:
We are looking for a stellar individual to support us with one of our newest and most promising technology start-ups. This will be for a consumer group with several brands.
In this role you will:
- Understand the technology and consumer world: Spot market trends in the technology industry and evaluate business opportunities
- Make decisions: Be involved from Day 1 in every aspect of scalling the business: From strategy to branding to marketing to recruiting
- Take Ownership : Take on projects, lead them and be responsible for results.
- Work with great Talent : Work closely with successful serial entrepreneurs with a strong track record
- Broaden your horizon: Contribute to different areas of the business – from Marketing to Tech to Operations and more.
- Build up a and on your network of friends & business partners: Have access to an ecosystem of great brands, entrepreneurs and investors
Qualifikation
Our expectations:
- Professional or entrepreneurial experience in challenging & high-paced environment preferred (start-up, VC, consulting)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a good university
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a structured and independent manner
- The right mindset of positivity, curiosity, can-do-attitude and embracing challenges
- An affinity for technology and consumer trends
- Fluency in English. German optional
