Come join a fantastic team! As the HR Manager (d/f/m) for our commercial DACH teams (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) and EMEA (Europe, Middle east & Africa) Service teams. You will partner with Senior leaders, to propose HR strategy & execute the related HR actions plan to build organizational capabilities, develop diverse talent and teams, enable employee engagement, support organization evolution and promote a culture of belonging.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define & owns the right HR strategy & action plan to proactively support Commercial & Service Director such as Headcount plan evolution, staffing game plan linked with our Talent Acquisition team to attract diverse profile, organization design.
- Lead or contribute to impactful HR projects for EMEA as part of HR EMEA team and act as change agent to support and lead evolution of the business.
- Coach managers in your client group to have the best and diverse organization aligned with business strategy ensuring robust succession plans in place for key roles, strong development plan for key talents with right opportunities, ensure proactive performance management and monitoring & presenting to the business of all KPIs of HR function (retention, Internal fill rate, diversity, engagement).
- Pro-actively assist, advise & coach managers in your scope on all day-to-day Human Resource topics, in accordance with employment law, local best practice, HR policies and HR Cycle. Drive any sensitive matter and advise business the right court of action.
- Ensure good interaction with Work council in Germany.
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a behavioral science (CIPD a distinct advantage)
- 7 years’ Experience as HR Business Partner in Germany & multi-countries
- Good knowledge of law & Employment topics in Germany
- Good understanding of business challenges with an appetite for commercial & Service functions.
- Experience supporting managers & employees or HR projects across countries and in multi-cultural environment
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
