Health-Safety-Environment Coordinator (M/F/D)
Responsibilities:
- Support the QHSE Manager in the development, implementation and maintenance of safety, health and environmental standards
- Coordination and control of all HSE activities to achieve the objectives of the HSE strategic plan
- Initiating and pursuing measures for the continuous improvement of HSE-relevant processes and compliance with legal and operational requirements
- Further development, implementation and maintenance of the risk assessment (JSA) and standard work instructions (SWI)
- Training and motivation of employees in all HSE matters
- Cooperation with employers‘ liability insurance associations, authorities and employee representatives to optimize occupational health and environmental protection
Qualifications:
- Certification as a safety officer specialist for occupational safety (Sifa) – training course (DGUV regulation 2, §4 (2))
- At least 3 years of experience in the areas of health, safety and environmental protection in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in the preparation and management of audits (e.g. ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Flexibility
- Experience with methods and tools for continuous improvement (5S, 5 Why, 8D, etc.) and risk assessment tools (JSA, etc.)
- Fluency in German and English
