Keylime Consultants have partnered with one of the largest Workday Partners in Europe, that are currently looking to expand their DACH Practice with new experienced professionals, including a new Workday Service Manager/Project Manager in their AMS team. This is a permanent role, available as largely remote across Germany, with occasional travel for team and client meetings. Package offered goes up to around €90,000.We welcome applications from candidates with existing experience in consultancy, however the client has a strong preference for Workday professionals with an in-house support background.As a Workday AMS Manager, you will be the main POC for various Workday Clients in the region, supporting them in the implementation of new functionalities and optimisation of existing ones, as well as managing and resolving tickets. You will coordinate other consultants’ activities for each account, ensuring that the client is satisfied with the service provided, as well as supporting them with your hands-on technical and Project Management skills when required.This is a great opportunity for an experienced Workday professional to not only get certified in Workday, but also to continue expanding their technical skills on various HCM modules, while working with customers across different industries. Workday AMS Manager – Required Profile:
- Strong overall understanding of Workday, with hands-on configuration skills on Core HCM plus at least 2 other modules (ideally Talent & Performance, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Learning or Recruiting)
- Ability to advise clients on Workday best practices and opportunities for system enhancement and improvement
- Up to date knowledge of the latest Workday functionalities and releases
- Project Management skills, as well as experience of implementing new Workday modules, are advantageous
- Outstanding communication skills, with fluency in both English and German
- Eligibility to live and work in Germany with no visa restrictions
