Your Tasks
- Represent BakerHicks in the area “Suisse Romande”
- Increase the amount of business secured with the clients in the area, year on year
- List resource needs and steer the recruitment process of new team members
- Establish local networks of external resources
- Be the leader for relationships with all BakerHicks’s potential clients in the area
- Acquire a deep understanding of area key clients’ key personnel’s needs and requirements
- Keep all project team members accountable for their responsibilities and actions/tasks
- Be the guardian of any contract terms and conditions for work with clients
- Lead the creation of any proposals and marketing materials needed to secure work within the area
Your Profile
- University degree or equivalent standard, preferably in a technical field with Business Development experience
- Project Management experience
- Business acumen, commercially and contractually astute
- Exemplary interpersonal skills
- A motivator with excellent communication skills
- High energy, committed and collaborative
- Strong language skills in French & English are must-haves, German is nice-to-have
- Willingness to travel
The duration of our projects is usually between 6 and 24 months. Depending on the project and the project phase, the work location is mainly the project location at the customer, although mobile working from home is sometimes possible in consultation with the project management. At BakerHicks, you have the opportunity to work with different customers and different technologies. You get to know new cities and are still always at home on weekends.
