Our client, a globally renowned Japanese company, is seeking a Japanese Speaking Executive Assistant (m/f/d) for its branch near Düsseldorf.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Executive assistance: scheduling, travel management, meeting coordination
  2. Interpret and translate in German, English, and Japanese
  3. Internal and external communication
  4. Document management and creation
  5. Support management and other departments

Your Profile:

  1. Relevant working experience as an executive assistant or comparable experience
  2. Business fluent in Japanese and English, with very good German skills
  3. Working experience in a Japanese company is an asset
  4. Understanding of Japanese and German business culture and intercultural competence
  5. Confident handling of MS-Office applications, IT literate
  6. Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
