YOUR TASKS
The Flight Crew Training Senior Professional is responsible for organizational and administrative support within the Flight Crew Training team to ensure the completion of the flight crew training in the most effective way.
- Liaising with the Flight Crew Training Managers to coordinate training requirements with operation necessities
- Liaising with the CAA authority, internal and external training providers as required
- Liaising with all training staff to ensure personal support and communication at regular intervals
- Preparation of long-term SIM plan by assigning crews/instructors and booking SIM slots one year in advance
- Support by the compilation of the annual training plan and ensure the respective administration
- Administration of flight crew files
- Validation/recognition and filing of crew licenses and medicals
- Generating monthly training reports for HR and Finance
- Preparation of assessments and upgrades as well as coordination of simulator screenings
- Support conversion plans (Phase In, Phase Out) to ensure adequate number of flight crew to guarantee a safe and efficient operation
- Completion of general tasks in the Flight Crew Training department and participation in (cross-functional) projects
WHAT YOU BRING
- Specialized vocational training and several years of relevant professional experience or studies
- 2-3 years of working experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to perform in a team
- Ability to communicate with people under stress
- Excellent organizational skills and accurate working style
- Ability to work independently, well-structured, reliably and with dedication
- Good awareness of the significance of quality and cost factors
- Knowledge of aviation and airline industry is desirable
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Very good German and English knowledge
- Stress resistance and multi-tasking ability
