We would like to talk to you about the opportunity to join our International E-Commerce department for 6 months as Int. E-Commerce Business Intelligence Analyst .

In this role, you will have to understand and identify key trends and opportunities to drive the E-Commerce growth, and ensure strategic thinking on the future of the online user experience.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Business Analysis

  1. Follow the E-Commerce performance evolution through various angles and provide insights on latest trends
  2. For one key product category, conduct in-depth analysis and monitor all E-Commerce KPIs
  3. Work in close collaboration with the markets and other International teams to share key insights on business evolution
  4. Comment the overall performance of the E-Commerce channel and take part in the preparation of global performance reviews
  5. Proactively find new growth opportunities in line with the Maison and E-Commerce strategy and coordinate implementation with appropriate stakeholders
  6. Benchmark Cartier E-Commerce with other key players within the Group and the industry
  7. Understand client data and user journeys on the website

Data visualization and dashboarding

  1. Support markets and develop user adoption
  2. Innovate and propose new data visualizations to facilitate understanding and adoption of new concepts
  3. Enhance reports and propose new ideas to optimize existing ones

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  1. You have a Master’s degree in Business / Engineering or related fields
  2. You have a first experience in business analysis in commercial, finance, marketing, or supply chain
  3. You master data visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau…
  4. You have an analytical mindset and are detail-oriented
  5. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a great team spirit
  6. You have a digital appetite and are at ease with complex and fast-moving ecosystem
  7. You speak English and French fluently
