Your tasks:
- Management of the Industrial Engineering team
- Responsibility in various plants for the transfer of operating equipment requirements, through to the handover of systems to internal customers
- Responsible for the budget and resource management of the division
- Responsible for creating and defining production, line and system concepts as well as specifications for the systems
- Conducting technical negotiations with system suppliers
- Supporting the creation and ramp-up maintenance of process FMEAs and implementing defined measures
- Responsibility for interdisciplinary design support (product, process, plant engineering) as well as series start-up support and the definition of acceptance criteria
- Finding solutions for the commissioning of start-up processes in collaboration with suppliers and production
Your profile:
- Completed diploma or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable course of study
- Disciplinary management experience, as well as sound specialist knowledge in the field of machine supplier management, specifications, design approvals, machine approvals and capability certificates
- Experience in planning and commissioning support for production systems (manual, semi-automatic & automatic)
- Strong communication skills, flexibility and confident charisma as well as a pronounced hands-on mentality
- Business fluent in German and English
- Knowledge of project management
