Your Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for our operations hotline, which includes the following activities:
- taking orders by email, telephone and post
- Providing information on order and shipment status
- Recording complaints and describing defects in counters in the manufacturer’s complaint lists
- Advising customers on questions about refitting our counters
- You will be responsible for order entry in SAP (insert parts, text strips, visuals or marketing material conversion packages)
Your Qualifications:
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and have several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- You are confident in dealing with customers, even in difficult conversational situations and with complaints
- Strong communication skills, a good way of expressing yourself and a confident manner complete your profile
- You are conscientious, reliable and solution-orientated
- You have very good German & English skills
- You are experienced in using MS Excel and SAP SD
