Innovation Manager (m/w/d)

Tasks

• You develop and implement innovation strategies, identify and evaluate new technologies and trends to drive innovation
• You lead and manage innovation projects in their full scope, coordinate cross-functional teams and keep an overview even in stressful phases to ensure project milestones are met
• You conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, new technologies, market dynamics, socio-economic shifts and human behavior to identify opportunities for innovation
• You collaborate with our diverse teams to develop new concepts, products and services
• You build relationships with internal and external key stakeholders, and present innovation initiatives and progress to senior management and stakeholders.
• You foster a culture of innovation within the Vision Hub team, encourage innovative and creative thinking, while keeping updated on relevant literature and studies to enhance the quality and depth of research efforts

Requirements

• You are a highly motivated, proactive and forward-thinking individual with an innovative mindset and a curious attitude towards visionary trends, human insights, emerging technologies and change
• You have at least three years of relevant professional experience in innovation management or consultancies managing projects with a focus on innovation and technologies or a comparable area
• You manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining efficiency with very high standards in quality and accuracy
• You drive innovation by keeping up to date with industry trends, latest technologies and human insights
• Ideally, you have experience in building visionary narratives and concepts for innovative projects in retail, at airports or in a comparable environment
• You have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex quantitative as well as qualitative information
• You are a strong communicator and a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to convince external and internal stakeholders
• You create expressive presentations and present them compellingly in German and English.
• You have at least a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field, a master’s degree is welcome
• Proficiency in research methodologies, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
