YOUR TASKS
As a project manager (f/m/d) for one of our clinical studies, you will control and coordinate all activities that are necessary for the implementation of the study on time and within budget.
You will coordinate closely with the heads of departments such as Site Management and Monitoring, Study Supply, Data Management or Medical/Safety to ensure the effective implementation of the study.
You are responsible for the development and further development of study-specific documents such as project and schedules, risk analysis plans or communication plans.
You manage and coordinate the collaboration with the external service providers involved in the study, such as CROs and study centers.
You regularly present your study progress and project status to the management team.
YOUR PROFILE
You have successfully completed a university degree in business administration or natural sciences.
You have (initial) project management experience, e.g. from a top-tier consultancy in the life sciences environment or from a project management role in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
You work in a solution-oriented manner, can quickly think of new areas of responsibility and communicate them in an understandable and clear manner.
You are characterized by strong analytical skills, a very structured way of working and entrepreneurial thinking.
You are a real team player with a high degree of initiative and goal orientation.
You are fluent in German and English and have very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
