YOUR CHALLENGE
- Lead and drive to success process optimization through the acceleration of data analytics, business and process intelligence with a strong focus on Flowable case modeling.
- Collaborate with internal IT and external providers to conduct in-depth analyses and identify best-in-class solutions by leveraging the latest technology in combination with the CRO Analytics & Transformation in-house built infrastructure.
- Work closely with senior leaders to design solutions using different analytical principles and Workflow/Case Management solutions based on Flowable to optimize various CRO processes.
- Model processes and cases in Flowable and design solutions based on low/no-code platform, including testing, implementation, and post-go live support and maintenance.
- Connect the dots by having a holistic view of the organization’s strategy, processes, data, information, and technology assets and translate business requirements into solutions.
- Organize and run project meetings and prepare management slides for different boards.
- Work in an agile project environment.
- Execute ad-hoc business analysis and reports, support other project and team members across CRO Analytics & Transformation.
YOUR PROFILE
- University degree or equivalent (preferably in STEM fields (science, technology, engineering, mathematics), economics or banking and finance).
- Strong banking experience with experience in Compliance, Risk Management, and Legal subjects.
- Outstanding strategic, conceptual, and organizational skills with experience in project management and business analysis.
- As an agile worker, you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where things evolve quickly.
- You offer Flowable experience (must) and profound expertise in Case Management and Business Process Management (BPMN/CMMN Notation).
- You are proficient in programming (e.g., in R, Python, JavaScript, C++, SQL or Oracle) and data modeling & mastering.
- You are enthusiastic about leveraging data and statistics to solve complex problems.
- You are able to quickly troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions.
- You are curious to learn new things and apply out-of-the-box thinking to challenge the status quo and proactively propose new solutions and process improvements.
- You are team-oriented and enjoy collaborating with diverse experts, listening to different ideas and voicing your own, to deliver the best possible outcome.
- You are fluent in English (main business language), any further language is an advantage.
- You are a proficient user of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
