Job Description
We are looking for a Delivery Director to run our Germany and France Cluster within the Plant Engineering business unit. In this role, you will be reporting to the Global Head of Plant Engineering.
The Delivery Director is responsible for customers in terms of delivery for meeting the customer requirements in Germany and France. The Delivery Director works closely with sales within the geographic region as well as with the global discipline organization. You will be located in Oberursel, Germany.
Main responsibilities:
- Integrate Cyient offerings to deliver complete solutions to the customer, both to existing customers and to new opportunities.
- Ensure the deliverables meet budgets, quality, and schedule expectations of the customer.
- Build strong relationships within the customer organization and act as the first point of contact from delivery.
- Translate customer requirements into proposals/execution plans. Prepare for growth and drive execution.
- Meet revenue and gross margin budget.
- Build proactive proposals, new solutions/frameworks, and take them to customers along with sales.
