Das voraussichtliche Gehalt liegt zwischen 60000 - 84000 € pro Jahr.
Your duties
- You accompany the top management of OEM’s or suppliers in the development of CTO related strategies, concepts and implementation of future-oriented solutions
- You work closely with themanagement of national and international consulting projects on strategic issues in the automotive industry
- You tackle topics such as corporate architecture, product & technology structure, R&D operating model (processes and organizational structure)
Your Profile
- You successfully completed a university degree in engineering
- You have several years of professional experience at a leading automotive OEM or supplier or in a renowned strategy consultancy with a focus on CTO business or R &D business unit.
- You have in-depth knowledge in the area of strategy development, organisational transformation, R&D operating model and OEM tech stack
- You are an independent worker with a strong analytical and solution-oriented mind-set and a hands-on mentality
- You tackle challenges with enthusiasm and have a talent for thinking outside the box
- You have the ability to take on responsibility in a world-class team of management consultants
- You are fluent in English and German (written and spoken) and are open to traveling (internationally) when need arises
