Your tasks
The objective of this role is to maintain a positive relationship with suppliers, distributors, and stakeholders.
Ensure customer satisfaction internally and externally.
Foster growth in supply chain practices.
Emphasize guidelines and promote a culture of excellence.
Main Tasks:
- Prepare quotations
- Process and monitor purchase orders (direct and indirect materials)
- Process, track, and invoice sales orders
- Manage dispatch activities and shipments – inbound/outbound including GDP documentation
- Work closely with contract manufacturers, B2B customers, and logistics service providers
- Analyze invoices to ensure accuracy of goods/services delivered
- Assist in planning activities
- Support day-to-day transactions and documentation of supply chain operations
- Monitor inventory
- Prepare reports on supply chain performance
- Analyze shipping and delivery data for optimization
- Ensure accurate documentation according to GxP guidelines
- Ensure accurate posting in ERP system
Your profile
- Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration or similar; alternatively, professional training and extensive experience in supply chain
- Minimum 5 years of working experience within the industry covering customer service, procurement, or logistics
- Proven experience in ERP systems
- Experience in managing contract manufacturers and external logistics service providers, as well as project management skills are a plus
- Service-oriented with attention to detail
- Problem-solving mindset and troubleshooting skills
- High level of self-organization
- Effective communication skills
- Team player
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English and German
