Product Owner (f/m/d)

The position in a nutshell:

As a Product Owner (f/m/d) at finbyte, you will be the driving force behind the success of our web and mobile applications, delivering ground breaking experiences for our key clients.Your role centers around orchestrating end-to-end product development, leading your product team to design and build innovative features, overcome challenges, and ensure alignment with product goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead discussions on product requirements with clients, defining the product vision and roadmap in harmony with business strategies and objectives.

• Take charge of all aspects of product development, ranging from conceptualization and prototyping to development, testing, and launch.

• Prepare and oversee product documentation, serving as the authoritative source of product insights.

• Safeguard the overall quality of new releases and monitor essential performance metrics relating to the product

• Collaborate with scrum master to facilitate efficient coordination and communication within the team, fostering a unified approach to product delivery.

• Build and foster a team culture that is positive, encouraging, inclusive, and engaging

Qualifications & Experience:

• Possess a BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Accumulate 5+ years of hands-on Product Owner/Business Analyst experience or in a similar capacity with comparable responsibilities.

• Exhibit a strong understanding of software development practices, user stories, user flows and agile methodologies.

• Cultivate a genuine passion for product development and ongoing drive to identify areas for improvement.

• Embrace teamwork, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and communication proficiencies.

• Thrive in ambiguity within a dynamic, globally-focused environment.

• Easily adapt to cross-functional and diverse teams

• Demonstrate fluency in English and German
