Our client is a global leader in IoT solutions with video as its core competency. Through continuous investment in research and development, our client offers an innovative range of products and solutions for a variety of vertical markets. In addition to the video surveillance industry, the company early on expanded its business into areas such as smart home technology, industrial automation, and automotive electronics – all based on video intelligence technology.
To strengthen their team, we are looking for an on-site Technical Sales Representative for West Switzerland as soon as possible.
The role
Your tasks include:
- Technical support for all partners
- Responsible for building and maintaining existing business relationships with the Key Account Manager
- Positioning the company as a complete provider of security products (alarm/video/intercom systems) and as a preferred solution
- Conducting presentations, product demonstrations, assisting with project planning or proof-of-concept installations for existing and new customers
- Supporting marketing activities by participating in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events
- Close cooperation with colleagues in the regional sales team
- Regular reporting to management
As a Technical Sales Representative, you will represent the company and their brand as an ambassador.
Your profile
– Completed education in IT or electrical engineering
– Professional experience as a pre-sales field representative, ideally in the security industry
– Enthusiasm for technology
– Confident appearance with customers
– A positive attitude – coupled with initiative, honesty, and integrity
– Strong team player
– Openness to working in a multicultural company
– Proficient in French and English, both written and spoken; German is a plus
– Proficient in MS Office software
– Must be based in the Swiss Romand region with a valid work status
