Your profile
- Experience: 5+ years in field marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology industries.
- Track Record: Proven experience developing and executing successful regional marketing strategies.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the eMobility or SaaS ecosystem, with experience collaborating with sales teams, SDRs, and BDRs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Tools Expertise: Proficiency in marketing automation & CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Pardot)
- Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from marketing data.
- Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in German and English.
Your mission
- Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with vaylens’ business objectives and sales goals in the German market.
- Identify market opportunities, trends, and competitive dynamics to tailor regional marketing tactics effectively.
- Plan and implement targeted marketing campaigns (including ABM when relevant) to generate high-quality leads and drive pipeline growth for vaylens’ SaaS platform.
- Own and manage logistics for regional events, including industry conferences, vaylens-hosted virtual and physical events, and customer-focused field experiences.
- Localize global marketing campaigns in collaboration with the central marketing team, including paid ads, PR/media outreach, social media, and partnerships.
- Partner with the German sales team to align marketing and sales strategies, ensuring seamless lead handoff and collaboration on go-to-market initiatives.
- Design and manage lead nurturing strategies to attract and engage CPOs, MSPs, and eMobility decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the content team to produce compelling marketing materials such as case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership pieces.
- Analyze campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and present regular reports to senior leadership.
