Job description

Main responsibilities will include:

  • POS and DC Replenishment: Manage Point-Of-Sale (POS) and Distribution Center (DC) watch replenishment, ensuring accurate forecasting and conducting detailed sales and stock analyses for assigned subsidiaries
  • Market Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for international markets, addressing new and ongoing product and supply chain-related inquiries
  • Forecasting and Launch Planning: Oversee the preparation, consolidation and verification of Market Forecasts (used for production planning) and Launch Plans (used for initial deliveries of new product launches)
  • Inventory Allocation: Strategically allocate and manage low-stock or limited-edition watches for global markets in alignment with predefined strategies
  • System Development: Contribute to the testing and continuous improvement of SWATCH’s in-house replenishment and forecasting systems
  • Trade Catalogue Creation: Develop trade catalogues for new launches, including Swatch and Flik Flak products
  • Core Collection Analysis: Perform in-depth analyses and provide recommendations for Swatch’s core product collections
  • Reproduction Needs Assessment : Evaluate reproduction requirements for Swatch’s Novelty Collections
  • Global Sales Forecasting: Forecast worldwide sales for the Core Collection
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Lead or participate in special projects related to sales and planning as required
