Deine Aufgaben
- Guaranteeing that all maintenance staff have the necessary skills through the creation of a training program.
- Organizing and keeping track of the training and experience records of maintenance personnel.
- Enforcing maintenance procedures and protocols.
- Making sure that maintenance procedures and standards are followed.
- Analyzing aircraft maintenance faults to detect patterns and apply corrective actions.
- Verifying the accuracy of tools and measurement devices.
- Planning maintenance considering human factors.
- Rectifying quality issues within their area of responsibility.
- Upholding and encouraging adherence to the Safety Management System.
- Managing and coordinating Aircraft on Ground situations.
- Monitoring faults, spotting trends, and compiling incident reports for feedback to relevant Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) from the CAMO Manager and Quality Manager.
Du bringst mit…
- Extensive experience in line and base handling.
- EASA Part-66 licence category B1.3 and C.
- At least one of the following type ratings: AW109/169/139, BK117 C2/D2, EC145 C2/D2.
- Previous experience in a managerial position in the field of aviation maintenance.

- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and MRO software.
