Role: Sales Administrator – DACH Market
In this role, you will be the primary internal support contact and point person for sales personnel and strategic partners. You will deliver superior service and support to all internal/external sales staff, as well as sales partner relationships (Strategic Partners, Independent Sales Organizations, and Independent Contractors).
Responsibilities and tasks
- Preparing and managing new applications generated by the sales team.
- Coordination and supporting applications; reviewing problem reports and researching these problems, offering solutions.
- Helping with onboarding, informing partners, merchants, and sales of implementation.
- Acting as a primary support contact internally and for partners.
Skills and Competencies
- Fluent German (C2 level).
- Working Knowledge of English (B2 Level).
- Ideally you have some experience in customer support or telesales role, ideally in financial services/banking.
- Ability to work individually as well as in a team.
- Proficiency in Excel is required.
Salary and Benefits
- €55,000 annual base salary (approx. €4,600 per month gross/bruto).
- Permanent Contract.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday regular office working hours.
Location: Frankfurt am Main – Hybrid Model (Three days in the office).
