Job Description
Manages the daily organization of the agenda of the General Manager, arranges organizations, schedules appointments, arranges meetings, organizes travel plans, and facilitates business meetings of communication. Handles all correspondence in the Executive Office and maintains confidential information with high integrity.
Qualifications
- University Graduate,
- At least 2 years of executive assistant experience,
- Proficient in MS Office programs,
- Strong verbal and written communication skills,
- Fluent in English (both writing & speaking)

What you’ll do… You’ll work with the Senior Executive to support them in keeping the professional life of our Co-CEO organized and running seamlessly. Your day-to-day will be fairly standard for this position.
Assists the Director of Sustainability and Performance in achieving and maintaining sustainability certifications and supports the monitoring and reporting of progress on ESG, CSR, sustainability.
As Executive Assistant to the COO, you will play a crucial role in supporting executive-level functions, providing essential administrative and organizational support.
