AI Content Ideation Lead (all genders)

THE ROLE & THE TEAM

We are looking for an innovative AI Content Ideation Lead to lead the future of AI-driven content creation within our Content Strategy Consideration & Curation (CSCC) team. This role is crucial in guiding and supporting the content ideation team by leveraging AI Content to enhance creativity, improve efficiency, and deliver content that is both relevant and timely. The expert will act as the pillar of AI content ideation within CSCC, refining existing strategies and shaping the future of AI content development. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking leader, with deep expertise in AI-powered tools and a passion for revolutionising content creation. A fashion background is a plus.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

• Lead the integration of AI Content tools into the content ideation process, supporting the CSCC team in developing innovative, data-driven content strategies that respond to emerging trends.
• Guide and mentor the content ideation team on how to effectively leverage AI for content generation, personalization, and optimization, ensuring high team performance and creative output.
• Shape and future-proof the content ideation framework by developing best practices for AI implementation, allowing for scalable and efficient content creation.
• Collaborate with the Content team to ensure AI-driven content aligns with overall content strategy, budgets, and resource planning for upcoming campaigns.
• Translate AI-driven insights into actionable plans that empower the content ideation team to craft compelling and personalised stories that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Work closely with the CSCC Team Lead to ensure AI content strategies support broader business objectives, driving engagement and relevance in all customer-facing content.
• Advocate for AI-driven innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the CSCC team, ensuring that content strategies remain agile and adaptable to the ever-changing digital landscape.
• Facilitate close collaboration between the content ideation team and other pillars within the CSCC team, ensuring AI-driven content creation supports overarching storytelling and business strategy goals.
• Together with the team lead and other pillar leads, establish new ways of working that seamlessly integrate AI into the content creation process, ensuring a holistic and future-forward approach to content ideation and execution.

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

• You bring 5+ years of experience in content strategy , content marketing, or a creative role, with at least 2 years of experience in AI-driven content ideation or automation.
• Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead a content team, guiding them in adopting AI tools to enhance creativity and improve efficiency.
• Technical Proficiency : Expertise with AI-driven platforms (Midjourney, Dally, Adobe Firefly)
• Innovative Mindset : Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a forward-looking approach to AI’s potential in transforming content creation.
• Collaborative Mindset : Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work across teams to align AI-driven content ideation with broader business goals.
