We are expanding our Corporate Information Security Team and looking forward to new colleagues and leaders joining us. To support the team in Bulle (FR) Switzerland, we are looking for a Cyber Security Programme Manager. The scope of duties includes the following:
Responsibilities:
- Lead internal and external teams of the consulting unit, enabling business value, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise, and allocating specialists.
- Support in developing cybersecurity strategy.
- Implement and oversee cyber security programme.
- Manage cybersecurity projects inclusive of time, resources, and budget.
- Manage Risk and Dependencies at Program Level.
- Monitor and report on program performance.
- Collaborate with business units and IT teams.
- Identify and prioritize cyber security initiatives.
Competencies:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Cybersecurity, Project Management, or related field.
- 5+ years in program/project management and leading large-scale cybersecurity initiatives.
- Preferred certificates: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile (e.g., SAFe), CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security certifications.
- English is a must, German and French are a plus.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (especially NIST & ISO 27001).
- Project management skills.
- Financial management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Readiness for global travel.
