In this Berlin-based role, as a Technical SEO Manager (all genders) for flaconi, you will focus on further developing the domain as the go-to destination within Europe. You will join an international SEO team with a wide range of advanced skills in SEO that works together to drive the SEO topic within flaconi on all levels in close cooperation with our main stakeholders from the tech team.

Your role

• You will contribute to our website’s crawlability and SEO scalability based on the potential to drive relevant traffic to our local websites and apps.
• Helping internal teams & stakeholders prioritize work backed up by test results and growth potential goals is part of your responsibility.
• In addition, you discover customer-centric SEO opportunities to enable a continuous growth of organic traffic.
• You measure the impact and define roadmaps together with our SEO & Tech team to facilitate continuous organic growth, drive automation, and innovation.

Your profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Tech SEO relevant activities, preferably in an e-Commerce or agency environment.
• Experience with Google tools (Google Looker Studio, Analytics, Spreadsheets, GSC) & Big Query. Python or SQL skills are a big plus!
• Technical understanding of website structure and HTML, as well as experience with relevant crawling and monitoring SEO tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• You are data & analytics driven with the ability to understand, translate and map strategic priorities based on the data and customer insights at your disposal.
• Experience working with big data to prove concepts & show impact of initiatives.

• Full transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 53,000€ and 69,000€ gross per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process.
