- Empowering Health Coaches: Onboard and manage a portfolio of 15-20 holistic health and fitness coaches, helping them skyrocket their business success.
- Driving Business Growth: Shape strategies that blend cutting-edge marketing, savvy sales tactics, and business development to scale our coaches‘ impact.
- Leading with Ownership: Own your role, execute ambitious growth initiatives, and build relationships that go beyond transactional – become the partner your coaches trust.
- Quality Assurance Excellence: Deliver top-tier service by managing projects with precision, participating in crucial meetings, and ensuring every detail aligns with our commitment to excellence.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Sales Maverick & Growth Enthusiast: 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
