Are you ready to play a critical role in maintaining the safety and efficiency of one of Europe’s leading airlines? We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Production Planner to join easyJet’s Part 145 organisation. As a key member of our Base Maintenance Team, you’ll be responsible for planning daily workloads and scheduled maintenance activities. Your expertise will ensure that manpower is effectively aligned with maintenance demands, maximising productivity and operational efficiency. Safety is our top priority. In this role, you’ll contribute to upholding our regulatory and technical standards, supporting easyJet’s reputation for industry-leading safety and reliability.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Manage and review daily work packages.
2. Allocate resources effectively and ensure the availability of all necessary tooling, equipment, and materials.
3. Coordinate with Stores to ensure aircraft parts are on hand to support operations.
4. Oversee unscheduled maintenance tasks, such as MEL and CDL procedures.
5. Ensure all maintenance is executed as planned, with accurate completion of technical logs, paperwork, and scheduled work packages.
6. Foster engagement and promote recognition within the department, aligned with easyJet’s culture.
7. Uphold company policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures while driving improvements.

What you’ll need to do the role:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in effective maintenance planning. They will thrive both working independently and as part of a collaborative team. You’ll be confident in managing stakeholders face-to-face, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills. With a flexible and motivated approach, you’ll have a commitment to continuous improvement and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment. Strong organisational and written skills are essential, as is proficiency in IT tools, particularly Microsoft Office (Word/Excel). Familiarity with AMOS or similar systems is a plus.

Location & Hours of Work: This full-time role will be based in Berlin and will be shift-based, 4×4 dayshift only, 10.75H.
